From single-space refreshes to custom new homes, we bring our unique design process and perspective to projects large and small. We invite our clients to be as involved as they would like in selecting pieces that bring a personal outlook to their spaces.
phase one
After the initial inquiry, we have a quick phone call to establish a basic understanding of the project and schedule a more in-depth on-site consultation. After that, we present a mood board with the high-level inspiration and direction for the project. If there is mutual interest, a contract is signed and retainer is collected.
phase two
Now the fun begins as selections are made and then presented either in person or via video call. We invite our clients' input during two rounds of revisions to ensure that they are satisfied with our aesthetic and practical choices for their home. Additional costs will apply for ongoing revision of the design proposals.
phase three
Whether a single room, renovation, or whole-home build, it all begins to come together as products are ordered and work is underway. We manage the receiving of all products and work collaboratively with each contractor. After installation, the project is professionally cleaned and photographed and ready for its unveiling to our clients.

The sooner we get involved, the easier it will be to hone in on your style and make selections that will best suit your home and your family. Through a series of consultations and selection meetings, we assist with your floor plan and/or architectural drawings, electrical placement, cabinet design, paint colors, flooring, tile, counter tops, lighting, hardware selections, and the many details and special moments that create a thoughtful and intentionally-designed home.

furniture, art & material selectionsWhether a single room or a whole-home refresh, the scales differ but the level of service is the same. If desired, we enjoy collaborating with our clients to establish the high-level mood and color palette of the home, but every project includes a presentation of the visual conception then a full materials and sources unveiling. Once approved, all of the purchasing, tracking, and receiving of goods is handled with the utmost care until it is time for the final reveal.

styling & accessorizingWhile we like to include my clients in establishing the overall mood and color palette of the home, we save the final layer of styling and accessorizing as a surprise! We draw on our relationship to choose unique and one-of-a-kind items to personalize and style the home, which lends an extra element of surprise and fun to the big reveal.
